Sell comic books for cash in Long Beach
Long Beach has a strong local collector community. If you have boxes from the 80s, 90s, or earlier, they can be hard to place when you are ready to sell.
Text us photos of the boxes and covers. If it looks like a fit, we come to your door in Long Beach and the surrounding area to look through the whole lot.
Short answer: text photos of your comics to (858) 247-2017. If it looks like a fit, we come to you in Long Beach, look at everything in person, and pay cash before leaving.
Common comic situations in Long Beach
- A longtime resident with decades of weekly pulls in long boxes
- Someone clearing out a family garage in the Long Beach area
- A collector who wants an offer for the whole lot without listing each book online
What to text us for comics
- The number of boxes and whether they are long or short boxes
- Photos of your best covers and any graded books
- Whether the collection is organized by title or in loose piles
What affects the value of comics
- Key issues, first appearances, and popular characters
- Condition, including spine, corners, and page quality
- Complete runs versus scattered issues
- Professionally graded books (CGC, CBCS)
- Age of the books, from golden and silver age to modern
Heavily water damaged or moldy books and large lots of common modern issues are usually not worth a visit.
We do not quote prices from a single photo. Final offers come after we look at the items in person.
